Can you transfer a dogs into somebody else's name after the dog has already been entered into another show? Our show dog is in my mum's name but I am put in the catalogue as handler. However, this is complicating things at match nights and club shows when I'm the member and my mum isn't. So my question is really, can we transfer him into my name after we've already entered him for Crufts in hers?

Sure the answer will be yes, just as you calculate the dogs wins up to a date that is a week before the entries close the same will apply to the ownership details. So yes you can change owners and the dog can win out of the class it is entered in but the catalogue will not be changed.

If it was me I'd send it the day after Crufts, wouldn't want the worry in case they removed a placing myself.  Then any shows that you are applying for after that date that you are sending off now put TAF....

That's what I was thinking.
