Biological washing powder/liquid.

I second the bio liquid, also surgical spirit dissolves the fats in the urine that cause the residual smell.

My mother in law uses bicarbonate of soda for odours - sprinkle it over the area (dry) - and vacuum up after an few hours.  It's a pet safe version of "Shake n vac".  Shove an upside-down laundry basket over it to stop the dogs walking through it, whilst still allowing the air to circulate :)

Do you mean that YOU can still smell it?  As well as the dog can still smell it?  You should get your money back if you can still smell urine.

Fabreeze the one with the Paw print on gets rid of odours. Brilliant stuff.

Contact the professionals. If id paid a pro cleaner to clean it I definitely wouldnt expect to still smell it.

I have used Lavender Oil discretely and that seems to mask any odours until they fade.
