This explains the licencing rules in England. As you're in Wales, the rules might be different.
The national government website still refers to 5 litters. So you can see where the confusion begins!
I see that your CD breeder page says "All potential new Puppy Owners are vetted and I offer a lifetime of support/advice." which is excellent. However when googling your affix, a link to
a Labrador discussion forum comes up where someone asks "Hi, I’m new here and this is my pup Trelystan Donald Wye (Woody). I’m interested to hear anything about his breeding/ancestors please." and goes on to say "Is there a way of finding out who Woody's siblings are? I would love for him to meet with them but sadly the breeders stopped replying to emails a while back."
