Zajak the vets are all in agreement if it was not for all sides working with each other he would not have survived long. My dog has a good quality of life as long as he does not suffer we will carry on doing what they tell us to do but I will always ask qestions and research making sure he receives the best health care. That's great that you have more than one vet in agreement, it shows that more vets are becoming aware of the possible adverse reactions to vaccines.  I think it is brilliant that you always ask questions.  I do the same for mine, I think it is important that I keep an open mind and to not get "railroaded" into one way of doing things.  I hope your boy continues to thrive on his new regime :-)
