I hear great things about TO from the US, but one thing no-one seems very impressed with is their customer service. Such a shame.

I have got fed up trying to email Timberwolf, so I actually phoned them today.!! Don't tell hubby
I spoke with a guy who said that their food didn't contain fish meal that was preserved with Ethoxyquin but his manner wasn't great. I said to him could he guarantee this and he just said yup...he was quite brusque. It still left me with some doubts but I guess will have to believe him or else there was little point in even asking.

You could try asking him what his suppliers do use to prevent combustion of the fish meal :)
