In my defence tho' (here come the excuses!)
I was repostioning the fencing in the garden just as wuluf deceided to barrel through it and ripped my nail off! (OOOOOOOuch!!)
my fault really didnt see him as I was moving a section and moved it just as he was jumping it.
   Got one of his 'Paddington Bear hard stares' for being so stupid..was quite funny if I wasnt in such pain ;)

I haven't been on here all day, because my hubby has been laying laminated floor......and he's only just finished, i felt like my arms had been cut off lol :-D

Hopefully being up in Scotland at the Aviemore Rally in all that fresh air will keep me from craving a cigarette???

oooh nearly forgot my 'top tip':
well its not mine actually its from my neighbours 7 year old boy!
He wears an elastic band on his wrist and gave it to me yesterday telling me that if I twang it it will stop me doing my 'bad thing'
   when I asked him how he knows this he told me (whilst handing me the band) His mum told him to do it to stop him picking his nose!!!!
EEEEEEEuw!!!!

ROFLMAO :-) I did try the elastic band the last time i quit smoking :-D and it does work :-)
