We haven't had a night out since Decemeber last year (our anniversary) so there is nothing much to miss there :(

We haven't been out on our own since the puppy arrived ... but we have found a lot of pubs that are dog-friendly for nice evening meals out all together ...

Oh we have meals out a lot, just not with just me and Lee, or at least just adults!!!

Aussiesrock, I too walk around bare feet in and out house in summer!  Winter it's a different matter!!! :D

Natalie, I wouldn't worry about your street cred....I'm 17 so have the whole peer pressure teenage thing going on but I still go out with wellies, hat scarf, goves, muddy coat etc in winter just to take dogs over the freezing cold winter!!!!!!

Thats another thing...a heavy duty water proof, wind proof, easy to clean (wipe down) for taking pup out for a run, may not be needed till next winter... :D

After our 9pm walk last night (IN THE DARK!!!!!!!)when I came home drenched because I only put on rain jacket that is only ment to little showers I relised it's time for winter stuff again!!!!  Luckily we did put the dogs coats on aswell so they stayed dry!!! (well bodies did...legs and tails didn't!!!!)

LOL I was only kidding about my street cred, I see more people with wellies on than anything else round here!!!
