If its bitches fighting, and often in an indoor situation, 'sometimes' if you walk away, they will acatually stop. Ive done th is a few times, but when its two bitches who live together, this method wont work forever. If you are alone and have two large breed bitches fighting, sometimes the only thing you can do, safely, is leave them.

Im always MUCH happier wading into a DOG fight than a BITCH fight (haha, in every sense of the words there!)...... although when you are in the park and you see a fight break out, i dont tend to stop and ask if its bitches or dogs!

Beware bending over fighting dogs to break it up, especially if you are female and wearing a low cut top....... i 'ave the scars to prove taht one! lol.

One method i did use once, with two fighting dogs, we could NOT split them up (one mine, the other owner was too busy screaming) was i picked them BOTH up, and slung them in the pond! (and then got yelled at for trying to drown her doggy..... :( ) worked though, hehe, both dogs came up for air, forgot all about the fight, which, being dogs, was over something very trivial!

I wouldnt reccommend that people carry a breaking stick, without being shown how to use one, they are dangerous !
