I wish I had a terminal at home to play on in the evenings.  Are they expensive all I want to do is go online.  As my addiction to CD is getting out of control.  When Luis walked out all I wanted to do is log in and recieve a group hug.  I feel realy lucky to of found this sight, you are all like my extended family.

I'm awake again. God I wish I could sleep.
I've been wandering round all the forums but I can only find US sites.
If I go to sleep now I'm gonna stay in bed all day and I've got things to do today, people to see and all that. Dogs to feed, walking to do.
The Doc says I should excercise. Christ is 8 miles a day not excercise enough???
Anyway I tried the 'Horlicks'. Read a book, all of it.
Now i've got ferrets running all over the living room doing tipply-tigs. Well at least they stay up to keep me company.
Well I better have a cuppa coffee 'cos if I fall asleep now I'll not get up for the kids to go school.

I'm up, have been since 6.00ish can't sleep can't stand breaking a run of night shifts. And I am just checking a route to a course for tomorrow and flicked to Champdogs and there you are.
Morning, just going to have scrambled eggs and bacon for brekky or even boiled eggs haven't decided yet, and a cup of coffee.

Is it still Good Morning when you've been awake all night????

I've been refereeing a ferret barny.
I got a new ferret and he keeps shaking my other two all over.
He weighs 5.5lbs and the two girls weigh 400grms & 750grms.
it's amazing how much noise one tiny ferret can make.
The sound is unholy. She sounds as if she's been murdered and thats when he's nowhere near her.
Anyway it's useless going to sleep now I've got kids to get to school, dogs to feed etc. etc.etc.

Dawn I used to have insomnia now it is the other way around I keep falling asleep.
I dont know  which is worse  as I miss any programs I want to see ,cant finish a book
I take natural guarana to keep me going in the day.perhaps if you take it, it may turn things around for you .
then take  herbal kalm at night. lol I am a herbal junkie
