Bank have been informed but it was a debit not credit card that was used, and yes very frustrating.  Order now placed elsewhere, and shan't be going back to them at all in the future.  Just pleased that I only ordered one bag, as I was tempted to order a few to save on the delivery.  Good idea regarding TS, I shall look into this on Monday.

Is it a chain of farm suppliers that you get yours from?  We are in a very rural area, and if we have one of the same here I might be able to ask them to get it in for me.

Sorry, it's a local farm suppliers.    They have two outlets, but only one sells pet supplies, both are within the Brecon Beacons National Park.       Might be worth looking for a local independent farm suppliers ?

I have also been using a digestive enzyme supplement for her which is supposed to help with dodgy digestion, so that might have played a part too.
