Thanks. Think we are puppy a-go-go here, cleared out and panting which she only did moments before the water bag arrived last time! Will update when I can. xx

Exhausted and I think we're not finished yet, three very healthy pups, two boys and a girl, all suckling well and whelped easily. Then we had a boy, who was still born but I rubbed and put a drop of Dopram V under his tongue, just as I was about to give up I felt a heartbeat! So he is alive and I'm worried for him, he's very small and isn't nearly as active as the other pups, too weak to suckle properly. I've hand fed him some Whelpi and put him on the teat where I  think he suckled a little, but he's very weak and his mouth won't close fully. He's breathing and moving but not twitching as much as a healthy puppy should and not making any noise. I'm worried for him and any advice would be appreciated.

Congrats so far, as for the little boy does he sound rattly at all? is he keeping his mouth open as he is struggling to breathe?
Do you have any puppystim or drops to give him a boost? Hope all goes well.

Lucy x

I gave him some puppystim and have been holding him to suckle, he's too little to move himself about yet but he is starting to twitch and squeak now and his breathing has settled! He doesn't sound at all rattly thank goodness. He was keeping his mouth open though, it's shut now mind. Hopefully he can pull through and and make it, I have set my alarm for every two hours for feeds, joy!!

The rest of the babies are perfect, we have three boys and two bitches, all the others are completely healthy and very strapping! Have informed all the owners, they are over the moon!

I'll close this now as pups have safely arrived now. If you still need help with the little pup who was struggling, please feel free to start a new thread so that people can give you advice without it getting a bit lost in this quite long thread. Fingers crossed for him.
