Don't tell a soul but I'm only allowed 2 pets(cat or dog only).  This was in my deeds and my lawyer is a doggie man so he knew how many I had when I moved in.  He did say it would only be an issue if anyone complained so I took the chance.  Only thing is, I know of a lot of people breaking the rules around here so it would be too hard to enforce, I figure.  No pigeons yet a lot of my neighbours keep them(my to my cats amusement!!).

Sillysue, if you are making merry with alcohol, I want an invite!!!lol.

We have a no commercial vans or caravans covenant and it has a practical aspect too - the road is quite bendy with a lot of houses very close together and no double yellows so there is barely enough room for all the cars to park (every house has one parking space) and in the evenings when everyone is at home it can be very difficult to get between cars parked on both sides of the road - I would hate to think how a fire engine would get down there.  Add a transit van or caravan into that mix and it would make access past that point nigh on impossible for even a small car.

Mind I've always guessed that the emergency services would consider access a priority over paint jobs on cars blocking access and it wouldn't surprise me if they then billed those car owners for the repairs to the emergency vehicles.  Does anyone know anything to confirm or deny my guess?
