Congratulations Piratebear to you and your girl. Hope all continues to go well for you. It was after the birth that my bitch did the digging bit every time she went out in the garden.

wow what a day !
1st pup born at 10.50am - last at 4.16 pm.
8 in total
5 girls 4 boys

first one popped out after a few grunts from my girl ( yes,large breed) and the head and front legs were showing - and dangles there for 5 mins before next contraction enabling me to help her out (THOUGHT HE WAS A SHE  . . BUT THATS ANOTHER STORY) next one 10 mins later,then 50 mins later.
Thought we were finished at no 7 at 2pm - then 2 hours later she pushed a tiny one out in the hall !
