Bit of an update for you.... we are currently going down the labrador route... if it all works and we find a nice one in rescue then thats the breed we have chosen. Love cockers, and Setters, but feel it right to try to give a nice girl a good home and there are a LOT of labs in need.

Yes cockers rule my thoughts exactly they dont all have long flowing coats I keep mine shorter still had stripped on top but a shorter skirt and trousers and the plus side never have to buy slippers again.
