Just a thought - don't know if this has already been mentioned.  Does the pup get much exercise?  I too have a tiny flat nosed dog, simiilar weight, similar eating problems!  Only thing that seemed to have any effect on her appetite was taking her out for a good run every day.  Has been eating pretty well on JWB wet pouches + kibble with a little melted butter poured over.  But in the past week with all the snow, she hasn't been going out for her exercise, and her appetite has dramatically decreased.  She now regularly turns her nose up at the JWB - I take it up and offer it again later but she's still only eating about a spoonful.  Hopefully this will improve once the snow has thawed!

Don't lose heart - I've been exactly where you are, and I know it's very upsetting and frustrating.

she was out playing in the snow with the kids :) ....but even if i take her for awalk she still not botherd :( ...so for now i just let her go on the garden to play with other dogs as she seems to loss to much weight if i walk her :( ...(still dont walk far as she is still young) ....id be very happy if she eat a spoon full at a time .....i can feel her spine loads ....:(

well to i went out lookin for somthing eles to try to feed my girl on :( she still hadnt eat anything come 3 this aternoon :) ...so i got weebox (this is the worst food out there i know:(  ) came back but some down and she woffd it up .....so now im going to start adding her natures puppy food to it very slowly a bit at a time ...her eating is the most inportend thing ...and seeing her eat was wonderful ....i remember giving this a good few years ago to 1 of our other dogs to get her to eat ...:)

Also, if she liked the kebab meat then maybe she'd enjoy the freeflow meat cooked up with a pinch of garlic granules and some thyme and  fed warm ;) - even I would eat that LOL  I know my lot LOVE it for a treat :-D
