i am still sticking with my original post that it was a genuine cry for help,  maybe i am just one that likes to give the benefit of the doubt to begin with, if its what you say a prank to wind everyone up it worked for a while but what did they actually gain from it? its only shown everyone how childish they are and they have made thereselves look like fools.I  think they would of have carried this wind up on  for as long as they possible could if that was the case but she did not she went i hope she does come back on to set the record straight but i doubt if she will ,she is probably to scared of being attacked again,and  hopefully has sought some other help and advice from a different forum perhaps.I understand how you feel about your breed most dog owners feel the same about theres especially when they are under attack, to me this was a kid with no experiance in dog ownership or dogs behaviour, and that fact shon through,  i do not know much about the staffy breed but the ones i have met have been quite calm around other dogs,her dog has learnt behaviour issues around other dogs and he sences her fear and is reacting off her vibes, i would say or something of the sort, her o.h certaintly has made things worse, and what she said about the staffords not being a nice breed i beileve she may have meant her own dogs behaviour towards others, or she has been told by other people that they are not a nice breed a kid still keeps coming back to my  mind,

As some of these posts have lost any real objectivity I am locking this thread. Hopefully the OP will return and the matter will be approached in a more constructive way.
