I managed to pick up some Bernese xmas cards at the recent coffee and bonio morning.
I had planned when i went to the States to buy Xmas presents as my sister and cousin are very into Abercrombie and buying from the London store is soo expensive. But no i got myself jeans instead..oh and a great dog toy!!!

I think i'm going to do a limit buy of £15 for the outer family and £30 for the nearest and dearest.
I decided that i was going to try and make some presents this year, like baking shortbread and the like. Feel its a bit more meaningful, perhaps. My friend does it every year for her family and saves a bundle. Though i have to sharpen up on my baking skills quick smart!!!
I'll be working over Xmas yet again.
Working 23.00-07.00 on Xmas Eve and then 23.00-07.00 on Xmas day.(dealing with all the domestics) So no drinking or even remotely having any fun as i'll be sleeping most of it and walking the dogs.
They changed our shift patterns which sucks and it also means i'm working nye and nyday..

Not even thought about Christmas presents until I just booked myself tickets to Olympia for the Horse of the Year show, so as ever I get all my presents sorted as early as possible! ;-)

I usually wait til the beginning of November before going christmas shopping for the family & friends.  I like to go to charity shops, junk shops and car boot sales for the more unusual gift.  Only trouble is I see about a million things that I want and end up spending loads!

Woo i have bought my first friend her crimbo pressie, thats the first prezzie i have bought so far and i feel quite good, only a load more people to go now!! :-P

lol, i have done...mum, best pal, half of dads, nephews (2 of), half of sister and know what the rest will be, other friends, the not quite MIL (except stocking fillers), and i know what i am getting other half (speed boat trip! bargain price to lol) and what i am getting for best pals mummy (who always gets me something so i get her to- home made and beautifully decorated x-mas cake and vino :)). still struggling with the BIL though...
